{"id":81,"date":"2024-12-31T18:47:05","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T18:47:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zwicky-stiftung.ch\/?page_id=81"},"modified":"2024-12-31T23:08:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-31T23:08:24","slug":"zwicky-prize","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/zwicky-stiftung.ch\/index.php\/zwicky-prize\/","title":{"rendered":"Zwicky Prize"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fritz-Zwicky-Preis f\u00fcr Astrophysik und Kosmologie wird seit 2020 alle zwei Jahre von der Europ\u00e4ischen Astronomischen Gesellschaft im Namen der Fritz Zwicky Stiftung (FZS) verliehen, um Wissenschaftler auszuzeichnen, die grundlegende und herausragende Ergebnisse auf dem Gebiet der Astrophysik und Kosmologie erzielt haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Nominierten sind Wissenschaftler:Innen, die grundlegende und herausragende Ergebnisse im Bereich Astrophysik und\/oder Kosmologie erzielt haben.<br>Diese Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen ein Lebenswerk oder ein einzelnes spezifisches Ergebnis darstellen.<br>Jede\/r anerkannte Wissenschaftler:In mit hoher Qualit\u00e4t kann nominiert werden, egal ob Junior-, Senior- oder Emeritus-Status. Es ist vorzuziehen, dass die Nominierung eine einzelne Person betrifft.<br>Der Preis ist mit 5.000 Schweizer Franken dotiert und wird von der FZS direkt an den\/die Preistr\u00e4ger:In ausgezahlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nominierungen m\u00fcssen bis Ende Oktober des Jahres vor der Preisverleihung beim EAS-B\u00fcro eingehen.
