In seiner ersten Sitzung vom 16.2.1973 beschloss der Stiftungsrat auf Antrag von Fritz Zwicky (B\u00fcrger von Mollis) , dass der jeweilige Pr\u00e4sident der Politischen Gemeinde Mollis GL, <em>ex officio<\/em>, Mitglied sei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Pr\u00e4sident der Stiftung amtete bis 1988 Prof. Walter W. Custer (\u2020 1992). Er wurde abgel\u00f6st von Prof. Dr. Paul Wild (\u2020 2014), der 1951-1955 Assistent Zwickys auf Mt. Wilson war. Nach dem gesundheitlich bedingten R\u00fccktritt von P. Wild \u00fcbernahm Dr. sc. techn. Alfred St\u00f6ckli im Jahre 2005 dieses Amt bis 2023. Seither pr\u00e4sidiert Peter Aebli die Stiftung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als erster Sekret\u00e4r wirkte bis zu seinem Tod 1979 Paul Dubach. Ihm folgte bis 1992 Dr. Roland M\u00fcller, hernach Bruno Heiz bis zu seinem \u00fcberraschenden Tod 1998. Sein Nachfolger Hansj\u00f6rg Rytz trat im Jahre 2005 zur\u00fcck. Bis 2021 hatte diese Amt Dr. ing. chem. Max Weber inne.
